Our Pinot Grigio has the grittiness of nashi pear, the tartness of morello cherries and the delicate flavour of white nectarines.

We have made our Pinot Grigio in the traditional ramato style, meaning that we have kept the gorgeous, natural orange/pink colouring of the grape skins in the wine. Not only does it look stunning in your glass, but making it this way adds depth of flavour to the wine.
